A few years ago, I said to my friend asian_neo, "School is challenging you to a duel!" I am now saying it to myself, except it's not school that's challenging me -- it's myself.
This community is for motivation to fight the flab. It's for tips and tricks. It's a place to keep yourself accountable for what you eat, and how much you exercise. I created it mainly for my circle of LJ friends, and my friendsfriends, but anyone is welcome to join!
It's not about strict, unrealistic rules or guilt. It's about changing your lifestyle, becoming more active, eating healthier meals and keeping yourself accountable. None of us deserves to feel fat and unhealthy!
